“Terrorists attacked the town of Mahas this morning with vehicles packed with explosives,” local security official Abdullahi Adane told AFP. Officer Abdullahi Adan added, “They targeted a civilian area and we have confirmed that nine people, all civilians, have been killed in the two blasts.”
